New Years Day Yoga Class with Colleen 10:30am!

2023 New Year’s Day Yoga 10:30-11:45, 75 min

Setting a Drishti for the New Year to build, encourage and expand on all of the positive things you already do and leaving behind what is not serving you. . This class will consist of the mountain format; beginning with a slow stretch, warming up the body and opening the airway which leads to a cleansing, invigorating flow then tapers down to an extended restorative phase and savasana with props and essential oils. Rinsing out and detoxifying to allow space for peace, relaxation and a fresh mind space to bring on the New Year and all that has to offer us. Start off 2023 in good health and energy!
