Join us for a nourishing blend of gentle movement and meditative art designed to help you release stress,
restore balance, and welcome the renewing energy of the New Moon.
Perfect for beginners, this workshop offers an introduction to the ancient Chinese practice of QiGong
and the healing power of mandalas. Through simple, easy-to-follow QiGong exercises, you'll learn
techniques to calm the mind, release tension, clear stagnant energy, and refresh your spirit.
You will also be introduced to a therapeutic mandala practice and create your own unique mandala as a
tool for reflection, emotional healing, and renewal. As you draw, you'll be invited to reflect on what
you'd like to release and what you wish to welcome into your life during the New Moon cycle.
Through this mindful and creative process, you'll have an opportunity to gain a fresh perspective and
connect with your inner wisdom. Together, we will create a space of connection, encouragement, and
mutual inspiration while honoring each person's individual journey.
