The "Circle Qi" sequence, with its graceful, gentle, and flowing movements reminiscent of a tranquil river, is intended to bring calm to the mind and relaxation to the body through its circular and continuous motions. This practice is specifically designed to :
• Restore flexibility in the spine and hips
• Enhance circulation in the chest for improved breathing
• Stimulate the function of the kidneys and liver
• Improve digestion
• Detoxify the body
• Uplift and ground energy
The routine combines: warm-up exercises gentle movements with breathing self-massage and relaxation
• Recommended level: Suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners. Ages: 18-65.
