We have all heard the benefits of meditation, yet most of us struggle to sit with our thoughts to actually reap any of the benefits. Breathwork is a great introduction, it is an active meditation and it involves WORK.
There are many different ways to teach and practice Breathwork, in this workshop we will use a technique called conscious connected breathing, or circular breathing. This technique is very powerful and allows you to quickly shift out of your head so you can calm your anxieties and daily stressors finding some space to just BE.
If you feel stuck in your life, and keep repeating old habits, this is for you. If you let that inner critic run wild in your mind, this is for you. If you’re a hard charger and can’t sit down or sit still this ACTIVE meditation is for you. If you are just looking for a unique experience this workshop delivers.
You can expect a WILD ride and to work physically and mentally to clear out what’s in your head, to let it all go. Inhale and let it go, let it flow
