Join Stephanie for a four part Chair Yoga series. Chair Yoga is for anyone who would like to benefit from all that Yoga has to offer. This 75 minute class is designed for you to practice the fundamentals of Yoga including mindful breathing and meditation.
Through the creative use of a chair you will experience traditional Yoga postures and positions while seated or standing. There will be no postures on the floor.
This kinder more gentle approach to yoga is great to try if you have limited mobility, suffer from chronic pain including low back and knees. If you experience discomfort with floor based yoga poses. Beginners are welcome to join us in this space to learn yoga free from judgement. If your work is done mostly seated this class will help you develop a practice you can complete right from your work chair.
With the high levels of stress we have endured over the past few months this series will help you to feel relaxed and refreshed. You will leave with the tools to practice from your own home as you wish.
