Spring Cleanse from the Inside Out-

Tone up your Digestion/Elimination/Metabolism

We don't always take the time to mindfully eat that which nourishes our bodies. Without conscious cleansing and a re-alignment of our core system, our plaque accumulates and eventually creates 'dis-ease.' This is true for our emotional plaques which may stem from trauma, stress, and general life experiences.

Our digestive system sets the foundation for most of our other bodily systems. When we have a healthy and strong digestive system the rest of our bodily systems are more apt to be healthy and come into alignment; enabling us to be our best. Our digestive system is tied to the first three chakras (the lower triangle) and lays the foundation for all the upper chakras.

Each session includes a physical portion specifically focused on one or more of the following: digestion, elimination, and metabolism. Through this series you’ll improve these functions as well as build your core strength. Every class includes a meditation to compliment the physical portion.

Sessions run on consecutive Tuesdays April 5th to May 3rd.

***NOTE: Eating only a light meal 1-1 1/2 hours prior to start time is highly recommended to avoid discomfort while working the navel. ***

For your comfort please bring the following items to each session:

• Yoga Mat

• Cushion(s) or folded blanket (to sit comfortably for an extended period)

• Light blanket or shawl/sweater, socks, eye pillow (to enhance relaxation period).

• Water Bottle

What to wear: clothing to easily move in.

It is best to be well hydrated before and after these sessions.

Arrival: Please arrive early to register and to get settled in so we may begin promptly at 6:30pm. If you arrive late, please enter quietly and settle in quickly and consciously.

Injuries/Health Conditions: Please let your instructor know before class begins.
