Yoga is BACK! New fall schedule starts September

We're bringing Yoga Back!!

Over the month of September we will be launching our new Yoga schedule!

Here's what you can look forward to...Classes M,W,F at 9:30 am M & W evenings at 6:30 and one of our favorites, Sunday nights 7:30pm! Stephanie will be back Mondays at 6:30! We know lots of you have missed her. We have two strong and seasoned new teachers joining our team. Kelly is adding a morning as well!!

Plus we'll keep you updated about Colleens 8am classes Thursday and Sundays.

Classes are all levels and designed to make you feel your best, either through an energetic upbeat class or a slow flowing meditative experience.
