QiGong is an excellent preventative and recuperative exercise for all ages. It is a perfect, but gentle stretch for every limb which accelerates the body’s healing process and immunity, teaches you awareness and concentrated focus. Your mind gets grounded. Your body feels warmer. It eases all pains and helps with recovery from surgeries. You will always feel better and lighter after every QiGong class. The routine combines: ~ warm-up exercises ~ gentle stretching with breathing ~ self-massage and ~ relaxation -------------- Please wear loose clothes. Bring your yoga mat and a water bottle.
