Foundations of Yoga- Introduction and exploration of yoga postures for the newbie, seasoned yogi and everyone in between. Instructed in a “Form” style, learn the fundamentals of yoga with an�emphasis on building strong, stable, structurally aligned yoga poses. Practiced in a methodical, unhurried pace, each class will highlight biomechanical movements in standing and seated poses. Forward bending, side bending, back bending, and twisting postures will all be explored with straps, blocks, blankets, bolsters and chairs.
