In preparation for this training please be kind to your body. Begin by practicing love and self care as soon as you decide to sign up. One week prior begin to be mindful of what you are putting into your body and the atmospheres in which you choose to put yourself. This is helping to raise your vibration.
The day will consist of meditation experience, Reiki level ll Placement, students will receive the three Reiki Symbols, discussion and practice.
Materials: Books used are the same as in Reiki level l bring your book or one will be provided (indicate if you will need a book while signing up), please bring your personal journal and something to write with. Certificates will be presented upon completion of the day.
We will break for lunch. You may bring one or leave during the break.
Usui/Holy Fire Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.
